About Me
My name is Chidera Goodnews Onyeaghala, also known as Goodnews Chidera. I’m a growing professional in AI operations and the learning and development space, where I currently serve as a Training Lead and Learning & Development Specialist. Over the past four years, I’ve contributed to more than 20 successful data annotation projects and sub-projects.
With over eight years of experience coordinating, organizing, and facilitating various programs, I’ve had the privilege of impacting more than 20,000 people across diverse fields in over 20 African countries. As a multipotentialite, I also work as a writer, poet, spoken word artist, and music maker, all while staying deeply committed to championing education and well-being initiatives.
Some of the projects I’ve been honored to support include the C-Shaped Network Outreach at Massey Children’s Hospital, the Bluvard Education Initiative, the Femi Adeniyi Outreach, Leverage 2.0, and Project PROOF in collaboration with the Lagos State Education Team of the Carrington Fellowship.
At the heart of everything I do is a vision—to be the best teacher, leader, lover, and lifesaver I can be. I strive to use knowledge, creativity, and innovation to inspire, uplift, and positively impact the lives of others.
